An independent contractor was engaged to facilitate the discussions. Following the Focus Group Discussions a report was provided to CatholicCare regarding foster carers’ experiences. Carers were invited to a feedback session held at our Mayfield office last night where they learnt what feedback we received, what changes we have already implemented and what the future of our Out of Home Care program will look like. They also had the opportunity to ask questions, meet with staff and network with other carers.
