Recently on ABC radio 702, James Valentine began his program with the word “Outrage!” He then went on to describe a newly-created segment for his daily show called “Outrage of the Month” inviting his listeners to make their own contribution to this topic. He cited a number of scenarios and declared, “It seems as though outrage is the default position for our society!”
