A swimming success

Students from primary schools across the Diocese achieved some outstanding results at the state Catholic Primary Schools Swimming Championships.

Bernadette Duggan April 10, 2018

A team of 80 students recently travelled to Sydney Olympic Park in Homebush for the NSW Catholic Primary Schools Swimming Championships. The championship holds separate events for the Polding and MacKillop Associations as well as multi-class events.

Many of the swimmers set some amazing times on the day, with several placing first, second or third. Several students also qualified for the NSW Polding team and will now compete at the NSW Primary School Sports Association Championships.

Congratulations to all on their spectacular achievements.
