All Saints’ College, Maitland, is the largest Catholic College in the Maitland-Newcastle Diocese and will open its gates in January 2018 to over 1,445 students from Years 7 to 12 to commence the new school year.

“We are combining 175 years of the Marist tradition at St Peter’s and 150 years of the Dominican charism at St Mary’s in a rich and scholarly story with exciting prospects for the future," said Mr Cleary.

“Our future is assured to be exciting as well as innovative. We have the best team to deliver a leadership which will bring the world to the classroom and move the hearts and minds of the new generations of students to come. In turn, the world will be at their door and they will have capacity to explore new directions with their hands and their feet.”

Tim is so passionate about his desire to lead the College into a vibrant future and brings a desire for the highest academic standards and faith formation experiences for all in the community.

He is a visionary, relational leader and will bring strong leadership to the College. Tim has overall accountability for College development and campus life.

Tim will lead All Saints’ College under a new leadership structure which will include two Heads of Campus and three Assistant Principals – Welfare, Faith/Mission and Learning – that will lead across the College.

“We are looking forward to Tim joining the Diocese of Maitland-Newcastle. With 30 years of experience in the independent sector, Tim is a visionary leader, a great community builder and has high-quality education standards. These attributes are essential to supporting All Saints' College moving forward to develop St Mary’s and St Peter’s campuses under the umbrella of All Saints', enhancing the continuum of education across Years 7 to 12,” said Assistant Director, Gerard Mowbray.

From 2002 to 2016, Tim was the Principal at St Augustine’s College in Sydney – a school he developed from 340 to 1300 students from his time as Principal and in January 2017, he was appointed as CEO to the Manly Warringah Sea Eagles.
